Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
The nose is interesting, herbaceous like tomato on the vine and burnt popcorn. Approachable, the body is mostly smooth. Not very bright, the notable flavors are classically carbonic expressions of caramel and toast. Smoky and resinous the coffee finishes a little sticky with hints of baker’s chocolate.

Brewing Evaluation
Brewing Details
The first sniffs of this coffee show very little but hints of something herbaceous. The body, medium, is a bit on the dry side. As far as flavors are concerned, this coffee is dominantly intense bold and finishes with smoky tones. In three words this coffee is bold, smoky and low-acid. A great vehicle for lovers of cream and sugar it can handle being paired with heavy sweets like pancakes or a rich dessert.
