Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
Sweet aromatics lead off the experience and give a pleasant undertone to the medium-full body. Grapefruit, dried fruit, and sparkling stone fruit notes are a highlight of this cup. With a sweet character similar to dark corn syrup and palm sugar, the very low bitterness comes through as cocoa in the coating finish.

Brewing Evaluation
Brewing Details
Sweet malt wafts from the cup and the immediate impression is of a slightly sticky, but medium-weight body. An intense apple and pear come through in copious amounts in the acidity with a low intensity light brown sugar helping push back on the balance. A dry cinnamon spice pulls the balance back in the opposite direction and lasts through the finish.
