Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
Had an intense break with notes of baked bread, berries, and rich chocolate. The body is full, juicy, and smooth throughout. An up front acidity like red grapes, lemon, and tropical fruit created a lively cup that was balanced nicely with cane sugar and concentrated fruit juice. The very low bitterness had complexity like fruit skins and almond, with a lingering sweet anise licorice in the finish.

Brewing Evaluation
Brewing Details
A subtly appealing aroma reminds of sweet grape juice. The first sip yields itself smooth and round, washing over the palate. The acidity is medium in intensity and high in quality, adding a lively presence to the cup. Sweetness pervades the cup, making a rather pleasant experience throughout and turning into a rich and fruity linger in the end. Not much bitterness to speak of, though a pleasing bittersweet and tannic complexity adds depth.
