Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
Tempting in its aromas this coffee opens with bright tropical fruits, rich cinnamon and brown sugar. Medium in body, it's juicy and mostly clean with a just hint of dryness. Acidity being the initial impression of the coffee, we catch notes of tangerine and sweet lemons up front, quickly shifting into fruity chocolate and caramel. Low in bitterness there are hints of dry allspice. It's last impression as it fades is soft juiciness and milk chocolate.

Brewing Evaluation
Brewing Details
Delicate in its allure, this coffee opens with tea-like aromas that are mild and fruity. Its body is smooth but soft and a touch dry. Our first vibrant experience of the flavor is juicy, light and fruity. Basic sweetness comes in the form of chocolate with low tea tones. Clean in its linger, it floats off with soft tannic notes. In three words this coffee is Mild, Clean, and Fruity.
