Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
Hints of brown sugar and brownie in the break. The body is medium in weight, though flat on the middle of the tongue. An intense tropical citrus pops on the palate with pineapple and lemon following. A good relative sweetness of brown sugar helps back up the brightness of this coffee, and the tongue is left with pithy, spicy notes in the finish.

Herbaceous and caramelly in the nose, with a silky smooth body that comes through light to medium in weight. Granny smith apple comes across a bit sharp in the acidity, with an average intensity sweetness of caramel and baked fruit. Bittersweet chocolate and oak push back on the balance and leads to a finish of coffee candy and baked apple.
