Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
The smell of freshly baked bread and warm chocolate hit the nose first. In the first sip it shows itself to be medium in body, and pretty smooth. It opens to light citrus tones and tart apple with hints of cereal and pipe tobacco. Spiced and earthy, it comes to a close with savory notes and cocoa.

Brewing Evaluation
Brewing Details
With little to no aroma, the first thing this coffee gives is a full body that is mostly smooth. The flavor, while low in intensity, leans most distinctively towards sweetness. It finishes very clean, with no real lasting linger. Overall it is full-bodied, but mild and balanced. While it would be fine black, it is able to take a mild to moderate amount of cream or sugar. Great after dinner choice.
