Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
Strong and pleasant in its aroma, this coffee smells of candied fruit and sparkly apricots. The body is pretty full and round, while a little drying on the palate. A veritable "fruit bomb" of flavor, it hits us with strawberries, peaches and zingy raspberries. Sweet like fruit juice, it tastes like grapes and rich marzipan with only trace amounts of bitterness coming across as hints of cocoa. In the aftertaste this coffee is mostly light and cidery but a touch dry.

Brewing Evaluation
Brewing Details
The first sniffs of this brew are of muted fruit tones and subdued sweetness. The body, slightly dry but full, leads into a bright and fruity intensity. A simple sweetness of chocolate bridges into a complex bitterness that reminds us of baking spices that linger into the aftertaste. Soft notes of fruit fade away leaving the slightest dryness behind.
