Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
The nose is met with plump fruits and bright orange. The body, while medium in weight is really creamy and round. Strawberries and sweet orange sparkle above dried cherries and caramel, reminding one a bit of ice cream. At its lowest tones this coffee gives dry cocoa and malt, finished with light fruit tones as it fades away.

Sweet lemon, soft berry and caramel fill the nose. In the mouth it feels very creamy, like a light hot chocolate. Carrying through it’s velvety body are lemon and blackberry tones with hints of vanilla. Cocoa and orange peel lead into a creamy chocolate cherry linger. A smooth and decadent finish.
