Cupping Details

Juicy red fruit, brown sugar and intense cherry pervade the aroma. Full and creamy, it settles into a round body. Predominantly bright, it has notes reminding us of sweet red apples, nectar-y strawberry and tart apricots. The lowest tones are of rich dark chocolate and some red winey tannins. The linger is long and tart, laced with cocoa.

Brewing Details

The aroma is pleasing, enticing with a fruity sweetness. Rich and creamy, the body is nice and full. An earthy chocolate tone stays with us the whole way, but is joined by some clean berry notes for a good part of the experience.
