Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
Brown sugar and warm molasses come to mind as we take our first sniffs. The break reveals rich stone fruit and sweet floral honey. Juicy plump berries rest on a delicately smooth body reminding us of a black tea with bergamot. Dark chocolate pairs with sweet honey finishing with a sweet, tingly candied finish.

Aromas are a little muted, but what is there is a rich & deep sweetness. The body is light, smooth & clean, leading into a bright and tangy acidity. Malty & sweet, the Gedeb is complex with soft bitterness much like a black tea. The finish lingers sweet, long & pleasant. Long story short, this coffee is
