Massive aromas hit the nose with toffee, jasmine, vanilla, and black tea. The body is juicy, silky, and rather heavy on the tongue. A delicately balanced acidity pleases the senses with apricot, nectarine, pineapple, mango, and peach. Decadent sweetness of honey and peach nectar is balanced by an overall complex presence of tannins, jasmine, and rose. It is all finished with a soft linger of caramel, stone fruits, and chocolate.

Brewing Details
This cup is quite fragrant, with fruity, floral, and tea-like aromas. Upon tasting, the coffee is rich, juicy, and clean as you sip. There is a lively and complex acidity that comes through balanced in its intensity, creating a very pleasing sensation as it is combined with a candy-like sweetness throughout the cup. There are more tea-like complex notes and bitter elements that add to the experience. It all lingers with a slightly tangy but pleasant finish.
