Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
Aromas open with rich brown sugar, plum and hints of anise, revealing a little dryness at the break. While juicy, the body is slightly dry and a bit light. Getting into the cup we find tart apricot and sour cherry with hints of honey, berries and fruit nectar sweetness. Earthy chocolate and peanut butter round out the flavor experience, leading to a long dry tannic finish, laced with nuts and earth.

Brewing Evaluation
Brewing Details
A berry sweetness hits the nose, laced with notes of caramel. Getting into the cup we find a lush and juicy body bringing soft fruits of citrus and berry forth. The high quality of the sweetness reminds us of honey and milk chocolate. Complex and nutty, notes of dark chocolate and baking spices ground the flavors of the cup, leading to and aftertaste that begins with a citrus glow and fades into a long linger of nuttiness and dry tannins. This coffee is BERRY - SWEET - DRY
