The aromas of the cup range from apples and sweet herbs to rich cocoa and smoke. The body is full and heavy with an innate dryness. Low and herbaceous in its acidity, the dominant flavors are of smoky molasses, dark chocolate and tobacco. The finish is long and full, heavy and warming the throat.

We first catch the scent of this coffee, nutty and rich with light hints of smoke. It's full body is mostly silky and smooth on the palate. While balanced towards the bold side of the flavor spectrum, it's laced with notes of brown sugar and subtle fruit tones. Herbaceous and spicy in the finish, it lingers with a slightly dry pipe tobacco flavor. This coffee is best described as Bold, Spicy and Low-acid.
