Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
At first smell we get wet grains and hints of carbon. Surprisingly light in body, it feel a bit dry and flat on the palate. Low apple tones and herbs are as bright as this coffee gets. The sweetness of grains and wheatgrass is shrouded by low bitterness of green peppers and cocoa. In the finish there is a low linger of chocolate and dry malt leaves you with a slight tingle on the tongue.

Brewing Evaluation
Brewing Details
Aromas in the cup are soft, but sweet and pleasant. It feels medium bodied on the tongue, a little dry as it settles in. While it’s mostly a balance coffee, it leans slightly more towards bitter. Mostly clean, it leaves you with chocolate and hints of a prickly sensation. Would pair with moderate amounts of cream or sugar and would make a good standard breakfast coffee.
