An overall low intensity aroma with dates and earth. The body impressed with its full, round, and creamy texture on the tongue. The acidity is low, but pleasingly reminiscent of green apple and sweet orange. Sweetness came through clearly, showing caramel, molasses, brown sugar, and milk chocolate. Lightly present nutmeg and earth added depth to the cup, and dark chocolate lingered with the slight hint of smoke in the aftertaste.

Deeply sweet and rich aromas invite you to partake of this cup. The body is full, rolling on the tongue mostly on the middle and back of the palate. The lively and juicy acidity balances very well, tempting the senses for another taste. Sweetness in this coffee could be called decadent or luscious. Light complexities add character and hints of spice to an otherwise smooth and clean coffee.
