Herbs and honey greet the nose followed by malt and a distinctive green tea note at the break. The body is creamy, rich and full, carrying on it pleasing soft malic tones of pear and apple. The sweetness comes across as toasty grains and malts, like freshly baked bread. In its lowest and most complex notes we find peanuts and caraway. The finish lingers a while with a tasty gingerbread flavor that settles into chocolate and peanut butter.

Brewing Details
Sweet and malty on the nose it reminds us of baking bread. As a brew the body shifts towards medium, but is very smooth and a little dry. The acidity is mellow and low in intensity. The bread smells translate into the sweetness of the coffee, low in intensity but malty and sweet. Complexity is the dominant feature in the brew, filled with baking spices, dark chocolate and oaky notes. The finish is rich with earth, nuts and a sweet woody tone. All in all we call this coffee- Mellow - Low Acid - Smooth
