Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
Initial scents of almond, cocoa and burnt caramel lead into a full and creamy body. We taste light fruit tones of orange or apple with deeper caramelized notes of toffee and molasses. Low in bitterness, there are hints of dry grain and nuts. In the finish it lingers dryly with a heavy baker’s chocolate.

Brewing Evaluation
Brewing Details
With little to smell, the very first thing you notice about this coffee is its light and fairly non-descript body. The flavors, while fairly balanced are of low intensity. Bitterness has the most to offer with some earthy and nutty tones. The aftertaste is a pleasant chocolate tone, overall mild and clean. A good everyday coffee, black or very light cream use recommended.
