Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
In the aroma are lots of notes indicating caramelization like baked bread and grilling meat. The body is between light and medium and coats the palate. Acidity is very low, but there are hints of green apple and herbs, bridged by honey sweetness towards a nutty and leathery bitterness. The aftertaste is like dark caramel, a little dry and tingly.

Brewing Details
Barely detectable, there are small hints fruit in the nose. It’s medium body is smooth, carrying a pretty balanced flavor overall. The finish is mostly clean, but a little dry with hints of leather. In three words, this coffee is- mild, balanced and nutty. This coffee can take up to a moderate amount of cream and sugar and would make a good everyday coffee.
