Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
Earthy and nutty at first sniff, notes of caramel and bubblegum emerge on the break. Medium in body, this coffee is nicely rounded and smooth. Subdued in its acidity, we find some mellow citrus and caramel tones. The bitterness is complex and earthy, a touch piney with hints of smoke. The aftertaste begins with dry cocoa, rounding out into a sweet fruity linger.

Brewing Evaluation
Brewing Details
In the cup we have lovely deep aromas of dried fruit, malt and floral tones. Full and creamy, the body is pretty enticing. While low in intensity, the acidity is pleasant and reminiscent of dried fruits that lead into a light caramel sweetness. It's bitterness balances in with baking spices and tannic tones that create a little drying sensation in the finish. In three words this coffee is Creamy, Nutty, Low-Acid.
