Cupping Evaluation
Cupping Details
Meaty and smoky, the aroma fills the nose. While the body is medium, it has some dryness and is a bit sticky on the palate. Other than bolder tones, this coffee doesn’t give any clear indication of acidity. Black malts, tobacco and intense smoke define the flavor experience of this coffee.

Brewing Evaluation
Brewing Details
The scent of this coffee is pretty mild, but smoky with subtly sweet undertones. The body is medium to the tongue with a drying effect. The flavor is weighted in favor of bitter tones, which hold true through the finish. In three words this coffee is- dry, smoky and low-acid. In its black form this coffee will not be for the faint of heart. Good vehicle for cream or sugar, or if paired with rich, decadent sweets.
