Brewing Evaluation
Brewing Details
This coffee begins with floral in the nose, along with dark plum & marzipan. The body is medium, silky & smooth, carrying dark caramel & cola sweetness. The dominant feature is the juicy acidity of red plums and pear, laced in balance with floral notes, spices and cocoa. This finish is long, glowing with tannic notes of pear and spices. In three words this coffee is Fruity, Caramelly & Smooth
