Opening up with bright and sweet notes in the aroma, we get hints of tropical fruit and honey. The body comes across as full, round and quite juicy. Intense in its acidity, we taste tangerine, tomato and tart lime. For sweetness this coffee offers subtle malts and honey, with molasses in its deepest flavors. High on the bright side, the finish is short and clean with some tropical fruit tones.

Brewing Details
Floral and bright fruit are the first impressions in the nose of the coffee. The body is round, juicy and mostly smooth with hints of dryness. Acidity dominates the flavor experience, coming at you with intense tart fruit tones. The sweetness brings some subtle maltiness and leaves room for very little bitterness in the cup. The finish, while short is tea-like and clean in its linger. In 3 words we say this coffee is Tart, Intense and Clean.
